8 ounces Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 package Brickle (those toffee chips that can be found in the baking aisle by the chocolate chips!)
Your favorite apples

Blend all ingredients together and serve with apple wedges.  Enjoy!
