Dill Snack Crackers
2 regular size boxes of Reduced Fat Cheez-its
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 package Ranch Dressing mix
1 Tablespoon dry dill weed
In large bowl, pour Cheez-its, dressing mix, and dill weed. Pour oil over all and stir to mix. Leave uncovered and stir every 10-15 minutes to assure oil is being distributed evenly and is soaking into crackers. After an hour or so, crackers will look drier and you can put them in an airtight container for storage.
Jojo's Rocky Road Candy
1 12 oz. package of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 can condensed milk
2 Tablespoons butter (do not substitute; water in other products will make the chocolate separate)
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
1 10 oz. package of mini marshmallows
In a large mixing bowl, pour nuts and marshmallows. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and set aside. Melt chocolate, condensed milk, and butter in a double boiler. Pour over nuts and marshmallows. Mix well and then spread in the dish. Let cool. cover with plastic wrap and store in a cool place. ( The refrigerator is fine, or at this point, your garage will work, too! ) Cut into squares to serve. |
