Ingredients:
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ c. mayonnaise
½ c. chopped pecans
1 c. salad olives
2 T. olive juice
Dash of pepper
In food processor, mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until well blended. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth (olives and nuts should still be detectable, though!). Refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve with Wheat Thins or other whole grain crackers. The sweetness of these crackers counteracts the saltiness of the olives. Olive lovers, enjoy!
NOTE: This is equally good served really cold or at room temperature. Refrigerate leftovers. |
