Tanja VonKulajta ~ Owner
Tanja (pronounced "Tahn-ya," not "tAn-ja" - it's a German thing...) opened a quaint little invitation & stationery shop down an alley off of Penniman Avenue in the heart of Downtown Plymouth back in 1996.  Little did she know how successful her enterprise would be!  Now Mom to Maddie (8th grade) and Justin (5th grade), Tanja spends her time divided between shuttling kids and running her business - while still managing to spend quality time with her husband of 16 years, Tim.  Amidst it all, Tanja is also involved in Bible studies, church choir, and has even traveled to Romania on a mission trip!  Her favorite restaurant is J. Alexander's and she loves gourmet cooking.

Erin Kostun
Erin started at R.S.V.P. in February 2004.  Since then, she has worked here part-time, full-time, managed the store, gotten married, had a baby (Claire Beatrice, born April 2011), and has now come back part-time!  On the side, Erin is a certified event and wedding planner, she is a vocalist with her church's praise team, and she loves to travel with her husband of 5 years, Mike.

Stephanie Wheat
Stephanie is a recent transplant back to Michigan after spending some time down in South Carolina!  She is our newest consultant at R.S.V.P. and comes with a lot of experience from her time managing Swoozies stores.  Stephanie is married to Darren and has a baby son, Coen.  She is also a movie buff!

Janet Conway
Janet currently hold the record for longevity at R.S.V.P. - 9 years!  She is mom to 6 (including a set of twins), grandmother to 8, and like family to all she knows!  When not working at R.S.V.P., Janet enjoys babysitting her grandchildren, spending time with her husband of 50+ years, Ray, and volunteering with Angela Hospice.  Her favorite restaurant is her kitchen -  she's a great Italian cook! - and she loves spending time with her family.

Kate Graves
Kate is our artist-in-residence!  If you get a piggy bank or ornament personalized, chances are it will be by Kate's hand!  You might know Kate from her days at Plymouth Coffee Bean Company or Earth Lore.  She is "mom" to Eva and loves supporting her musician boyfriend, Tony!

Bethany Constance
Bethany is a busy young woman: she is working on a nursing degree at Madonna University, works at R.S.V.P., volunteers with the high school youth group at her church, is planning her wedding to her fiance Mark...and she is always smiling and cheerful!

Lanie Jones
R.S.V.P. was lucky enough to get Lanie from another invitation store when it closed a few years ago.  Though she works full-time at PureDentistry in Ann Arbor, she is amazingly versatile here at R.S.V.P., too!
