Tanja VonKulajta ~ Owner
Tanja (pronounced "Tahn-ya," not "tAn-ja" - it's a German thing...) opened a quaint little invitation & stationery shop down an alley off of Penniman Avenue in the heart of Downtown Plymouth back in 1996.  Little did she know how successful her enterprise would be!  Now Mom to Maddie (8th grade) and Justin (5th grade), Tanja spends her time divided between shuttling kids and running her business - while still managing to spend quality time with her husband of 16 years, Tim.  Amidst it all, Tanja is also involved in Bible studies, church choir, and has even traveled to Romania on a mission trip!  Her favorite restaurant is J. Alexander's and she loves gourmet cooking.

Erin Kostun
Erin started part-time at R.S.V.P. in February 2004 while finishing her teaching certification.  Despite a background in geology and being a certified teacher, she has been R.S.V.P.'s only full-time staff for about 3 years and loves it!  On the side, Erin is a vocalist with her church's praise team.  Her favorite restaurant is Border Cantina and she loves to travel with her husband of 3.5 years, Mike.

Janet Conway
Janet currently hold the record for longevity at R.S.V.P. - 8 years!  She is mom to 6 (including a set of twins), grandmother to 7, and like family to all she knows!  When not working at R.S.V.P., Janet enjoys babysitting her grandchildren, spending time with her husband of 50+ years, Ray, and volunteering with Angela Hospice.  Her favorite restaurant is her kitchen -  she's a great Italian cook! - and she loves spending time with her family.

Angela Bobo
The resident Southern Belle at R.S.V.P., Angela has been working here for about 3 years.  She has two kids and a wonderful husband, Tommy.  Angela has lived in a number of places around the U.S. and, we're proud to say, she considers Plymouth her favorite!  When not at R.S.V.P., she is active in her church's women's Bible study and Christmas programs, and is on the organizing committee for the Michigan Junior Miss program.  She has too many favorite restaurants and loves making connections with new people.

Yao Ma
Yao is R.S.V.P.'s first resident graphic designer!  She found R.S.V.P. in 2009 while planning her wedding and now is enjoying working part-time at the store while pursuing an additional degree in architecture.  She was married to Chris in 2009 and they are expecting their first child in June!

Bethany Constance
Bethany is R.S.V.P.'s newest family member!  She is a busy young woman: working on a nursing degree at Madonna University, working at R.S.V.P., regular babysitting, volunteering with the high school youth group at her church...and she is always smiling and cheerful!
